WINE characteristics

The jubilee fifth edition of this unique wine. Pinot Noir grapes from our finest vineyards were delicately transformed into a beautiful, fresh white wine. On the nose, aromas of yellow fruit dominate, with notes of melon, gooseberry, and white flowers. The palate is fresh and well-rounded.
Variety / Pinot Noir 86%, Chardonnay 14%
Alcohol / 13,5% vol.
Serving temperature / 8-10 ºC
pairs great with / tuna tartare, white fish fillet, sushi, sashimi, carbonara, parmigiana
