This wine is one of its kind in Croatia, unexpected and modern. This white wine was produced by short maceration of the grapes of the famous Pinot Noir red wine variety. The aroma is spicy, with a strawberry note. The flavor is well-developed and rounded, with a perfect balance of tannins, fruitiness and freshness. Properly chilled to 10-12 ºC, it pairs ideally with a light lunch, and should be served per glass.
