Aged on the fine lees in 500l oak barrels for 12 months, this wine combines everything that can be expected from an oak-aged Chardonnay, adding the unique touch of Erdut terroir. The spring flowers, peach and yellow plum aromas are rounded off by fresh brioche and orange peel. Broad and concentrated, with long finish, this Chardonnay pairs well with mature soft cheeses, creamy risotto and white fish.
“A lovely wine with a peach and caramel nose, lively acidity, a taste of stone fruits and vanilla and a long finish.”
